Markdown files for setting up your AI

These are the core files used to personalise an AI tool so it understands who you are, how you work, and how you write. Download each template, fill in your own details, and place the files in your working folder. Your AI will read them at the start of every session.

All personal and identifying information has been removed. The files below are templates — they show you the structure and give you guidance on what to write, but the content is yours to complete.

ABOUT ME.md

Contributed by Daniel Cauchi · May 2026

Tells your AI who you are — your professional role, your setting, your audience, your preferred way of working, and your core tools. The more honest and specific you are, the better the AI tailors everything it produces for you.

MEMORY.md

Contributed by Daniel Cauchi · May 2026

How the repository works

This is a curated collection — not an open upload platform. All submissions are reviewed before being added. This keeps the quality high and ensures that every resource has been tested in real public health work.

Submissions are reviewed within two weeks. If your resource is accepted, it will appear here with your name, affiliation (if you choose to include it), and a brief description. You will be credited for your contribution.

What we accept

AI skills, prompt templates, dashboard templates, evidence synthesis tools, and structured prompts that have been tested in real public health practice.

What we do not accept

Untested resources, proprietary content, or submissions that include personal or patient data. Resources must be freely shareable and work on at least one of the three main AI platforms.

Submit a resource

Fill in the form below. Include as much detail as you can — the more context you provide, the faster the review process. You will receive an email confirmation when your submission is received, and another when it is reviewed.

The submission form opens in Google Forms. Your submission is reviewed by the site curator — you will hear back within two weeks.

Open submission form →

The form asks for: resource name, type (skill / template / tool / dataset), a description, which AI platforms it works on, and the resource content itself (pasted as text or uploaded as a file).

Before you submit: Test your resource on at least one AI platform and confirm the output is useful for a public health task. Include any instructions the user needs to activate or use it correctly. Resources with clear instructions are approved faster.
